Kolohe Mix

A bold, flavor-forward combination of Asian greens cultivated in Nalo Farms’ healthy and natural aquaponic environment.

With earthy undertones and a subtle, playful heat, its crisp, varied textures and peppery depth bring character to salads, bowls, and warm dishes that benefit from a touch of spice. Ideal with pork, beef, and fish, and great when dressed with miso, ginger, chilli, sesame, and soy.

Mizuna Mix

A bright, lively assortment of mizuna and companion greens nurtured using Nalo Farms’ clean-growing techniques. Known for their crisp snap and signature peppery lift, these greens add freshness, gentle bite, and a beautiful texture to salads, noodles, and grain dishes.

Ideal with grain bowls, bento, and ramen, and complements seafood, poultry, and tofu dishes.

Sustainable Packaging

We place our leafy greens in a food-grade cardboard container sealed by a small amount of plastic film. The film helps keep everything ‘gas tight’ for maximum freshness which reduces food waste.

After you have enjoyed our leafy greens, the cardboard box can be recycled.
